Not everything is perfect all the time, so if you are not completely happy with your purchase, you have 14 working days from the date of receiving your order, to send it back to us for an exchange or refund.

We ask that you make sure all items should be returned new, unused, and with all the appropriate designer garment tags still attached. Returns that are damaged or soiled may not be accepted and may be sent back to the customer. Shoe boxes should also be protected as they are considered part of the product, and your return may not be accepted if the box is damaged, shoes should be tried on a carpeted surface before wear.

LATE RETURNS

Goods returned outside of the above time frame will not be accepted and will be returned to the customer.

For UK purchases under £200.00 a standard delivery charge of £9.00 will be added to your order.

This is a tracked and signed for service, in which the recipient or appointed person will need to be present to sign for the parcel.

INTERNATIONAL DELIVERIES - ROYAL MAIL

International deliveries will be sent out via Royal Mail and can take between 7-10 working days. This will be either a Tracked or Signed for service. We will send you the details.
